Crispin brings over 40 years of leadership experience across marketing services, brand innovation, and client-side roles in the beauty and fragrance sectors. His work spans industries from FMCG and luxury to pharmaceuticals, travel, and automotive, with a focus on helping leaders and teams translate strategy into action.
Alongside his consulting work, Crispin coaches and develops senior leaders through bespoke programmes that build capability, resilience, and clarity. His grounding as a qualitative researcher adds depth to that work, helping uncover what really drives performance and culture.
Skyscraper Consulting works with clients across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the U.S., advising on strategy, growth, leadership, and brand development. Crispin also lectures on corporate strategy and innovation at universities in the UK and the Middle East, connecting contemporary business theory with real-world application.
